Τι θα κάνεις
- Εκτελείς ή ελέγχεις τοπογραφικές μελέτες και αποτυπώσεις σύμφωνα με τα ελληνικά πρότυπα και τους κανονισμούς.
- Καταρτίζεις κτηματολογικούς πίνακες και διαγράμματα για διαδικασίες απαλλοτρίωσης.
- Συντάσσεις πίνακες παρακατάθεσης και συναφή κτηματολογική τεκμηρίωση.
- Συντονίζεσαι με ομάδες έργου, νομικούς συμβούλους και δημόσιες αρχές για ακρίβεια και συμμόρφωση.
- Τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία, φακέλους έργων και βιβλιοθήκες τεκμηρίωσης.
- Παρέχεις τεχνική υποστήριξη στα έργα και συμβάλλεις στην επίλυση προβλημάτων σε εργοτάξιο ή γραφείο.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 7+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Τοπογραφικές αποτυπώσεις και μελέτες, τοπογραφικές τεχνικές
- Κτηματολογικές εργασίες και διαδικασίες, κτηματολογικοί πίνακες και διαγράμματα
- Τεκμηρίωση απαλλοτριώσεων, πίνακες παρακατάθεσης
- Ελληνικές νομικές απαιτήσεις για τη διαχείριση γης, ελληνικά πρότυπα και κανονισμοί
- Τεχνική τεκμηρίωση, συντονισμός έργων, επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Ελληνική γλώσσα, αγγλική γλώσσα
- Τοπογραφική Μηχανική
