- Διευθύνεις και ηγείσαι της ομάδας housekeeping για την παροχή άριστης εξυπηρέτησης και διατήρηση καθαριότητας.
- Εποπτεύεις τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες του τμήματος housekeeping σύμφωνα με τα καθορισμένα πρότυπα.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τον προϋπολογισμό, τα επίπεδα προσωπικού και τον έλεγχο αποθεμάτων καθαριστικών υλικών και εξοπλισμού.
- Αναπτύσσεις προγράμματα εκπαίδευσης για το προσωπικό housekeeping με έμφαση στην αποτελεσματικότητα και την εμπλοκή.
- Πραγματοποιείς τακτικούς ελέγχους σε δωμάτια και κοινόχρηστους χώρους για εξασφάλιση καθαριότητας και τήρηση προτύπων.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα για συντονισμό ετοιμότητας δωματίων και γρήγορη αντιμετώπιση αιτημάτων πελατών.
- Εφαρμόζεις πολιτικές και διαδικασίες σχετικές με κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας.

We are seeking a dedicated and effective Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
About the role:
Manage and lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the hotel.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards.
Monitor and manage housekeeping budgets, staffing levels, and inventory control for cleaning supplies and equipment.
Develop training programs for the housekeeping staff, focusing on operational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate room readiness and address guest requests efficiently.
Implement policies and procedures related to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience in a housekeeping management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage workflows and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
Fluency in English, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
