Τι θα κάνεις
- Δημιουργείς εντολές επισκευής και εγγύησης για αεροπορικά εξαρτήματα και εργαλεία.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και ιεραρχείς αιτήματα επισκευής και αιτήματα προσφορών.
- Καταχωρίζεις εντολές επισκευής, ενημερώσεις κατάστασης, προσφορές προμηθευτών και στοιχεία ανταγωνιστικών τιμών.
- Επικοινωνείς καθημερινά με προμηθευτές για την επίλυση αποκλίσεων, τη βελτίωση τιμών και την επίσπευση παραγγελιών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με το λογιστήριο για την επίλυση θεμάτων τιμολογίων.
- Χρησιμοποιείς το Inventory Locator System και άλλα MRO για τον εντοπισμό προμηθευτών επισκευών.
- Τηρείς τις προσφορές επισκευής Not To Exceed για τις απαιτούμενες εγκρίσεις.
- Υποστηρίζεις την εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα των ομάδων CAMO και line maintenance.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Advanced MS Office και καταχώριση δεδομένων
- Επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές και διαπραγμάτευση τιμών
- Διαχείριση εντολών επισκευής και υποστήριξη εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας
- Διαχείριση προσφορών και σύνταξη προσφορών
- Επίλυση θεμάτων τιμολογίων και Inventory Locator System
- Αγγλικά, υποστήριξη πωλήσεων και Multitasking
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεωνκατά προτίμηση
