- Ελέγχεις αιτήματα αγοράς και εκδίδεις εντολές αγοράς προς προμηθευτές
- Επικοινωνείς με προμηθευτές για προσφορές και διαπραγματεύεσαι συμφωνίες
- Παραλαμβάνεις, αποθηκεύεις και διανέμεις εξοπλισμό σε εσωτερικούς πελάτες και συνεργάτες
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ελαττωματικό εξοπλισμό μέσω διαδικασιών RMA και παρακολουθείς την κατάσταση επισκευής
- Βελτιστοποιείς τις διαδικασίες logistics παρακολουθώντας αποστολές, κόστος μεταφοράς και χρόνους παράδοσης
- Πραγματοποιείς ετήσια απογραφή στον χώρο, καταγράφοντας την κατάσταση και θέση του εξοπλισμού
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την έκδοση αδειών εισαγωγής/εξαγωγής αν απαιτείται
- Χρησιμοποιείς συστήματα ERP για τη διαχείριση προμηθειών και αποθήκης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Προμήθειες, Logistics και Διαχείριση Αποθήκης
- Συστήματα ERP και Microsoft Office
- Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες και Διαπραγμάτευση
- Επίλυση Προβλημάτων, Οργανωτικές Δεξιότητες και Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Πολυδιεργασία, Ικανότητα Εργασίας υπό Πίεση και Λήψη Αποφάσεων
- Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Administration / Economicsκατά προτίμηση
