- Συνεργάζεσαι με διεπιστημονικές ομάδες για την κατανόηση αναγκών προμηθειών και ευθυγράμμιση με στόχους
- Παρακολουθείς και διαχειρίζεσαι συμβάσεις
- Επικοινωνείς με συνεργάτες πεδίου για υποστήριξη δραστηριοτήτων onsite
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση έργου με παρουσιάσεις και συμμετοχή σε συναντήσεις με πελάτες
- Συντονίζεις προμήθειες και μετα-προμήθειες, διασφαλίζοντας την εκτέλεση και την αξιολόγηση αναγκών
- Υποστηρίζεις την αξιολόγηση και επιλογή προμηθευτών λαμβάνοντας υπόψη κόστη, ποιότητα, αξιοπιστία και συμμόρφωση
- Αναπτύσσεις και διατηρείς σχέσεις με προμηθευτές προωθώντας αποτελεσματικές συνεργασίες
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πρακτικές προμηθειών και αξιολόγηση προμηθευτών
- Στρατηγικές εκτέλεσης έργου και υποστήριξη διαχείρισης έργου
- Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση συμβάσεων
- Συνεργασία με διεπιστημονικές ομάδες και επικοινωνία με συνεργάτες πεδίου
- MS Office και δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας στα Αγγλικά
- Ιεράρχηση και διαχείριση χρόνου και ικανότητα προσαρμογής σε μεταβαλλόμενες συνθήκες

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are currently looking for a Procurement Expediting Engineer to join our Thermal Power and HVDV Division in our offices in Athens.
Your role will encompass:
Implementation of project execution strategies for packages/components/equipment/services for large-scale, complex energy projects, in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as project managers, department heads, and finance, to understand supplies/equipment needs and align strategies with organizational goals.
Contract follow-up and management.
Communication with site partners and colleagues to support on-site activities.
Support in project management (e.g. preparing presentations, attending meetings with clients).
Coordination of project procurement and post-procurement activities — providing an overview of procurement both at the office and on site, ensuring execution and verifying procurement needs.
Support in supplier evaluation and selection processes, considering factors such as cost, quality, reliability, delivery timelines, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Development and maintenance of strong relationships with suppliers, fostering effective partnerships.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
2+ years’ experience in the engineering field (procurement, contracts/tender, sales, engineering, commissioning roles).
Experience in procurement practices and vendor evaluation will be an asset.
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication in English language
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to cooperate in constantly changing working conditions
