- Καταγράφεις ευρήματα, ενέργειες και αποδεικτικά στοιχεία σε tickets και αρχεία περιστατικών.
- Υποστηρίζεις δραστηριότητες περιορισμού, εξάλειψης και αποκατάστασης.
- Βελτιώνεις διαδικασίες SOC και καθοδηγείς αναλυτές, ανάλογα με το επίπεδο εμπειρίας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Security monitoring και Alert triage σε περιβάλλοντα SOC.
- SIEM platforms και Endpoint security / EDR/XDR.
- Incident investigation, Incident severity classification και Incident response lifecycle.
- Windows and Linux event analysis, Network protocols και Identity activity analysis.
- Endpoint telemetry και Cloud audit logs.
- Evidence preservation, Detection content tuning και Ticket and incident record handling.
