- Αναλαμβάνεις ή υποστηρίζεις δραστηριότητες απόκρισης σε περιστατικά, από την επικύρωση έως την αποκατάσταση.
- Αναλύεις στοιχεία από endpoints, ταυτότητες, δίκτυα και cloud για να προσδιορίζεις την έκταση και τη βασική αιτία.
- Συντονίζεις τον περιορισμό και την αποκατάσταση με ομάδες IT, cloud, νομικών υπηρεσιών και επιχειρησιακών μονάδων.
- Τηρείς χρονολόγια, στοιχεία και σαφείς αναφορές περιστατικών.
- Διενεργείς ανασκοπήσεις αντληθέντων διδαγμάτων και μετατρέπεις τα ευρήματα σε μόνιμες βελτιώσεις.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Απόκριση σε περιστατικά κυβερνοασφάλειας και κύκλος ζωής απόκρισης σε περιστατικά.
- SIEM, EDR/XDR και Digital forensics.
- Ανάλυση endpoints, ταυτοτήτων, δικτύων και στοιχείων cloud.
- Διατήρηση στοιχείων και αλυσίδα φύλαξης, με τεκμηρίωση περιστατικών και χρονολόγια.
- Περιορισμός και αποκατάσταση περιστατικών, καθώς και ανάλυση βασικής αιτίας.
- Ανάλυση τεχνικών επιτιθέμενων και πιστοποίηση στην απόκριση σε περιστατικά.
