Τι θα κάνεις
- Καθοδηγείς τον κύκλο ζωής παράδοσης έργων Tech & Data, από το Business Case έως την παραγωγική διάθεση.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τεχνικά έργα, εφαρμόζοντας πρότυπα Waterfall ή Agile.
- Συμμετέχεις στον καθορισμό του αντικειμένου βάσει των προδιαγραφών του πελάτη.
- Εκτιμάς προσπάθεια και προϋπολογισμό, προβλέπεις πόρους και优化ποιείς την κατανομή τους.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τους εξωτερικούς και εσωτερικούς Stakeholders.
- Συντονίζεις ομάδες έργου, απομακρύνεις εμπόδια και διευκολύνεις την ομαλή εκτέλεση του πλάνου.
- Καταρτίζεις, εκτελείς, παρακολουθείς και ελέγχεις σχέδια έργου, επιλύοντας συγκρούσεις και προτείνοντας λύσεις.
- Αξιολογείς κινδύνους έργου και καταρτίζεις σχέδια μετριασμού.
- Συντάσσεις αναφορές προόδου με έγκαιρα και ακριβή δεδομένα βάσει KPI.
- Παρακολουθείς την εξέλιξη του προϋπολογισμού και παρέχεις οικονομικές προβλέψεις.
- Προετοιμάζεις τη μηνιαία τιμολόγηση και παρακολουθείς τη δημιουργία τιμολογίων.
- Παρουσιάζεις λύσεις και πραγματοποιείς επιδείξεις σε υφιστάμενους και δυνητικούς πελάτες.
- Εξασφαλίζεις την αποδοχή των παραδοτέων από τον πελάτη.
- Αξιολογείς το έργο μετά την ολοκλήρωσή του και εντοπίζεις επιτυχημένα και ανεπιτυχή στοιχεία.
- Εντοπίζεις και αναπτύσσεις νέες ευκαιρίες με πελάτες.

- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- IT Project Management, Μεθοδολογίες Project Management και Διαχείριση Κύκλου Ζωής Παράδοσης Έργου
- Σχεδιασμός Έργου, Πρόβλεψη και Κατανομή Πόρων και Εκτίμηση Προϋπολογισμού και Οικονομικές Προβλέψεις
- Stakeholder Management και Ανάλυση και Διαχείριση IT Requirements
- Αξιολόγηση και Μετριασμός Κινδύνων και Αναφορές KPI
- Google Workspace και Επεξεργασία και Αυτοματισμοί Δεδομένων στο Google Sheets
- Microsoft Project, Jira και Azure DevOps
- Πληροφορική / Μηχανική / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεωνκατά προτίμηση
