- Επικοινωνείς και συντονίζεις επιτόπου πολλαπλές ομάδες ανάπτυξης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις προσδοκίες των ενεργών μερών για ευθυγράμμιση στους στόχους του έργου
- Εποπτεύεις τον προγραμματισμό, τη δέσμευση και την παράδοση του τρέχοντος εύρους έργου με την ομάδα
- Εντοπίζεις και μετριάζεις προληπτικά τους κινδύνους του έργου για τη διατήρηση ομαλής προόδου
- Επικοινωνείς εκτενώς με τα ενεργά μέρη πελατών για ευθυγράμμιση στις απαιτήσεις της ομάδας
- Εντοπίζεις και επιλύεις αναποτελεσματικότητες στον κύκλο ζωής ανάπτυξης λογισμικού και διευκρινίζεις ρόλους ομάδας για βελτιστοποίηση
- Συντονίζεις τις ομάδες προϊόντων και διασφαλίζεις ομαλή παράδοση τεχνικών λύσεων
- Διασφαλίζεις τον συντονισμό και την ευθυγράμμιση μεταξύ των ομάδων παράδοσης και των ομάδων μετανάστευσης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση Έργου και υλοποίηση έργων σταθερού προϋπολογισμού
- Agile μεθοδολογίες και γνώση SDLC
- Διαχείριση Ενεργών Μερών σε επίπεδο διευθυντών
- Διαχείριση Κινδύνου για ομαλή πρόοδο έργου
- Δεξιότητες Επικοινωνίας και προσαρμοστικότητα σε δυναμικά περιβάλλοντα
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και ελληνικής γλώσσας
