In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Integration Architect to join our growing SAP practice and lead the design, governance, and implementation of complex enterprise integration landscapes.

• Define and own integration architecture across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable integration landscapes using SAP Integration Suite

• Lead the architecture and implementation of interfaces for:

  • SAP S/4HANA

  • SAP SuccessFactors

  • SAP Concur

  • Third-party HR, Finance, Payroll, Identity Management, and business applications

• Design and implement API-led integration patterns using enterprise API Management platforms

• Establish integration standards, development guidelines, security controls, and governance processes

• Perform solution assessments and recommend optimal integration approaches for business requirements

• Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, and infrastructure teams during solution design and implementation

• Support estimation activities, technical proposals, workshops, and customer presentations

• Review technical designs, code quality, performance optimization, and integration security

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges across cloud and hybrid environments

• Stay current with SAP integration technologies and emerging architecture trends

What you bring matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related fields

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Application Integration

• Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI).

• Strong experience designing and implementing integrations involving:

  • SAP S/4HANA

  • SAP SuccessFactors

  • SAP Concur

• Extensive understanding of integration architecture principles and enterprise integration patterns

• Strong experience with:

  • REST APIs

  • SOAP Web Services

  • OData Services

  • JSON / XML

  • Event-driven integrations

  • SFTP-based integrations

• Experience with authentication and security mechanisms such as:

  • OAuth 2.0

  • SAML

  • JWT

  • Certificates

API Management & Architecture

• Experience with enterprise API Management (APIM) platforms

• Ability to design API-first and API-led architectures

• Experience defining API governance frameworks, policies, monitoring, and lifecycle management

• Knowledge of API security, throttling, versioning, and developer enablement practices

Architecture & Leadership

• Proven experience in solution architecture and technical leadership roles

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical designs

• Experience leading distributed integration delivery teams

• Strong documentation and communication skills

The following will be considered a strong advantage:

• Experience with the standard Business Integration Builder (BiB) framework between  SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA

• Knowledge of SAP Master Data and HR data models

• Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center

• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

• Experience with SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS)

• Understanding of HR, Payroll, Travel & Expense processes

• SAP Integration Suite certifications
