- Μεταφράζεις επιχειρηματικές ιδέες σε σαφείς απαιτήσεις προϊόντος και διαδρομές χρήστη.
- Χρησιμοποιείς Design thinking για να διερευνάς προβλήματα, να δοκιμάζεις ιδέες και να διαμορφώνεις λύσεις.
- Δημιουργείς πρωτότυπα για συζήτηση, επικύρωση και λήψη αποφάσεων.
- Απεικονίζεις γρήγορα έννοιες, ροές και ιδέες συστημάτων σε ζωντανές συνεδρίες.
- Μετατρέπεις τα αποτελέσματα εργαστηρίων σε Low- έως mid-fidelity design artifacts.
- Προσαρμόζεις τα σχέδια άμεσα βάσει σχολίων συμμετεχόντων.
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με facilitators και technologists για τη μετατροπή συζητήσεων σε συγκεκριμένες λύσεις.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Product Owners, developers, επιχειρηματικές ομάδες και stakeholders.
- Υποστηρίζεις ελέγχους Usability testing και ελαφριές ασκήσεις επικύρωσης.
- Καταγράφεις το σκεπτικό σχεδιασμού και τις βασικές παραδοχές των εννοιών.
- Πακετάρεις τα παραδοτέα ώστε να επαναχρησιμοποιούνται από πελάτες ή εσωτερικές ομάδες.
- Χρησιμοποιείς εργαλεία AI για μεγαλύτερη αποδοτικότητα και ταχύτερη διερεύνηση.
- Απλοποιείς σύνθετες διαδικασίες σε χρήσιμες και εύχρηστες ψηφιακές εμπειρίες.
- Συμβάλλεις στη διαμόρφωση προϊόντων με ουσιαστικό αντίκτυπο για πελάτες, ομάδες και χρήστες.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Product design και UI/UX design, με έμφαση στη σαφήνεια και τη χρηστικότητα.
- Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud και Prototyping.
- Design thinking, User journey mapping και Service blueprints.
- Low- έως mid-fidelity design artifacts και Visual thinking.
- Stakeholder collaboration και Usability testing.
- Written communication, English και Greek.
- Σχεδιασμός / Αλληλεπίδραση Ανθρώπου-Υπολογιστή / Ψυχολογία / Μηχανική
