Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Product Design (UX/UI) με εμπειρία σε σύνθετα transactional user flows
- Mobile-first design και γνώση Apple Human Interface Guidelines plus Material Design Guidelines
- Figma με προχωρημένη πρωτοτυποποίηση και AI-powered design tools
- Information Architecture και Design Systems για συνοχή και κλιμάκωση σχεδίων
- Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2, EAA) και Web Vitals standards για προσβάσιμα και αποδοτικά interfaces
- HTML/CSS γνώση, data analytics και A/B testing για τεκμηριωμένες σχεδιαστικές αποφάσεις
- Εξαιρετικές communication skills και ικανότητα συνεργασίας και παρουσίασης
