- Δημιουργείς και διατηρείς ισχυρές σχέσεις με ανώτατους πελάτες
- Συμβάλλεις στην ανάπτυξη της επιχείρησης μέσω εντοπισμού ευκαιριών και σύνταξης προτάσεων
- Συνεργάζεσαι με συναδέλφους σε διεθνές δίκτυο για την παροχή βέλτιστων λύσεων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 6+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Συμβουλευτική Στρατηγικής και Management Consulting στον τομέα χρηματοοικονομικών υπηρεσιών
- Στρατηγική και Μετασχηματισμός Πυρήνα Τραπεζικών Υπηρεσιών
- Σχεδιασμός Target Operating Model και Στρατηγική Πληρωμών
- Ψηφιακός Μετασχηματισμός και αναμόρφωση καναλιών και διαδικασιών
- Διαχείριση Πλούτου και Περιουσιακών Στοιχείων με έμφαση στη στρατηγική ανάπτυξη και κανονιστική συμμόρφωση
- Αναλυτικές Δεξιότητες, Δομημένη Σκέψη και Διαχείριση Ομάδας
- Business Development, Client Relationship Management και Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες
- Business / Economics / Finance / Engineering / Business Administrationκατά προτίμηση
