- Υλοποιείς πρωτοβουλίες μετασχηματισμού επιχειρηματικού μοντέλου για πελάτες στον χρηματοοικονομικό κλάδο
- Αναλύεις υφιστάμενα επιχειρηματικά μοντέλα πελατών, εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες και προτείνεις στρατηγικές για βελτιωμένη αποδοτικότητα
- Αναπτύσσεις και εφαρμόζεις λειτουργικά πλαίσια για βελτιώσεις διαδικασιών, μείωση κόστους και βελτίωση εμπειρίας πελατών
- Διαχειρίζεσαι έργα, συντονίζεις ενέργειες, ηγείσαι συναντήσεων εργασίας και διαχειρίζεσαι ρίσκα
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ανώτερα στελέχη πελατών για τον καθορισμό στόχων, δεικτών απόδοσης και benchmarks
- Καθοδηγείς νεότερα μέλη της ομάδας για την έγκαιρη παράδοση αποτελεσμάτων και τη διασφάλιση ποιότητας
- Ετοιμάζεις και παρουσιάζεις προτάσεις προς πελάτες, επιχειρηματικές μελέτες και αναφορές σε διευθυντικά στελέχη
- Διεξάγεις και διευθύνεις εργαστήρια με πελάτες, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή εκτέλεση των συζητήσεων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Μετασχηματισμός επιχειρηματικού μοντέλου και βελτίωση διαδικασιών στον χρηματοοικονομικό κλάδο
- Διαχείριση έργων και διαχείριση ρίσκου
- Αναλυτικές δεξιότητες και επιχειρησιακή ανάλυση
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και δεξιότητες παρουσίασης
- Συνεργασία με ενδιαφερόμενους φορείς και ομαδικότητα
- Συνεχής μάθηση και προετοιμασία προτάσεων πελατών
- Business Administration / Finance / Economicsκατά προτίμηση
