Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και παραδίδεις ροές εργασίας και συμβουλευτικές αναθέσεις.
- Καθοδηγείς και συντονίζεις μικρές διεπιστημονικές ομάδες, λειτουργώντας ως coach και πρότυπο.
- Συμβάλλεις στην προετοιμασία ανταγωνιστικών διαγωνισμών και προτάσεων.
- Αναπτύσσεις μεθοδολογίες, αναλυτικά πλαίσια, μοντέλα διακυβέρνησης και προσεγγίσεις υλοποίησης.
- Εκτελείς ποσοτική και ποιοτική ανάλυση και μετατρέπεις τα ευρήματα σε εφαρμόσιμες προτάσεις.
- Αναλαμβάνεις την ευθύνη για παραδοτέα και υποστηρίζεις την υλοποίηση σχεδίων, χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και προσδοκιών πελατών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ανώτερα στελέχη πελατών, διευκολύνεις συζητήσεις, παρουσιάζεις ευρήματα και υποστηρίζεις στρατηγικές αποφάσεις.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ειδικούς και συμβουλευτικές ομάδες σε όλη την Ευρώπη για την ανάπτυξη πρακτικών λύσεων.
- Συμβάλλεις ενεργά σε δραστηριότητες business development και στην προετοιμασία διαγωνισμών και προτάσεων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Παράδοση συμβουλευτικών αναθέσεων και Project management
- Αναλυτική επίλυση προβλημάτων και ποσοτική και ποιοτική ανάλυση
- Ανάπτυξη μεθοδολογιών και αναλυτικών πλαισίων
- Ηγεσία ομάδας και διεπιστημονική συνεργασία
- Εμπλοκή stakeholders και στρατηγική επικοινωνία και παρουσιάσεις
- Διαδικασίες δημοσίων συμβάσεων της ΕΕ, προετοιμασία διαγωνισμών και διαχείριση προτάσεων
- Διαχείριση προτεραιοτήτων και προθεσμιών, business development, Ελληνική γλώσσα και Αγγλική γλώσσα
