- Αναλύεις και τεκμηριώνεις τις υφιστάμενες διαδικασίες πελατών με τεχνικές BPMN, RACI, SIPOC και Value stream mapping.
- Εντοπίζεις και τεκμηριώνεις προβλήματα, ζητήματα ποιότητας, inefficiencies και δραστηριότητες χωρίς προστιθέμενη αξία.
- Καθορίζεις δείκτες αποδοτικότητας διαδικασιών και τα κατάλληλα SLAs.
- Συντάσσεις έγγραφα επιχειρησιακών απαιτήσεων για έργα βελτίωσης διαδικασιών.
- Παρακολουθείς αποτελεσματικά την υλοποίηση έργων και προγραμμάτων.
- Αναλύεις επιχειρησιακές απαιτήσεις και προετοιμάζεις τεχνικές και λειτουργικές προδιαγραφές και τεύχη διαγωνισμών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και υλοποιείς έργα και προτάσεις.
- Συμμετέχεις στην έρευνα έργων και στη σύνταξη αναφορών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι αποτελεσματικά με συναδέλφους και πελάτες διαφορετικού υπόβαθρου.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 8+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Συμβουλευτικές υπηρεσίες προς την κυβέρνηση και τον δημόσιο τομέα, με γνώση πολιτικών του δημόσιου τομέα.
- Προετοιμασία απαντήσεων σε διαγωνισμούς και σύνταξη τεχνικών και λειτουργικών προδιαγραφών.
- Διαχείριση έργων και προγραμμάτων και διαχείριση επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών.
- Δείκτες αποδοτικότητας διαδικασιών και SLAs.
- Τεκμηρίωση επιχειρησιακών απαιτήσεων, BPMN, RACI, SIPOC και Value stream mapping.
- Ποσοτική και ποιοτική ανάλυση, επικοινωνία στα ελληνικά και αγγλικά και εξοικείωση με υπολογιστές.
