- Συμβάλλεις σε σημαντικές M&A συναλλαγές και παρέχεις στρατηγικές συμβουλές σε διαφορετικούς τομείς και την ελληνική οικονομία
- Εφαρμόζεις προχωρημένα οικονομικά μοντέλα, τεχνικές αποτίμησης και ανάλυση για τη στήριξη σύνθετων συναλλαγών και στρατηγικών αποφάσεων
- Υποστηρίζεις τον πλήρη κύκλο ζωής συναλλαγών, συμπεριλαμβανομένης ανάλυσης αγοράς, αναγνώρισης στόχων ή επενδυτών και υλοποίησης συμφωνιών
- Ετοιμάζεις υλικά μάρκετινγκ και συναλλαγών, όπως pitch books και εξατομικευμένες παρουσιάσεις προς πελάτες
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με διαλειτουργικές ομάδες (φορολογικό, νομικό, ρυθμιστικό, διαχείριση κινδύνων) για διαχείριση σύνθετων συναλλαγών και ομαλή εκτέλεση
- Χτίζεις και διατηρείς ισχυρές σχέσεις με στελέχη C-suite, ανώτερους επαγγελματίες και φορείς του κλάδου, συμβάλλοντας στην ανάπτυξη πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 0+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Οικονομικά μοντέλα, τεχνικές αποτίμησης και οικονομική ανάλυση
- Πρότυπα λογιστικής (IFRS, Ελληνικά ΓΛΣ) και χρηματοοικονομική επιδεξιότητα
- Διαχείριση σχέσεων με πελάτες και συνεργασία
- Διαχείριση κύκλου ζωής συναλλαγών, συντονισμός due diligence και υποστήριξη διαπραγματεύσεων
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας στα ελληνικά και αγγλικά
- MS Excel και PowerPoint για προετοιμασία παρουσιάσεων και ανάλυσης
- Finance / Economics / Accounting / Mathematics / Engineeringκατά προτίμηση
