- Αξιολογείς και ανασχεδιάζεις τις διαδικασίες HR πριν την αυτοματοποίηση για μέγιστο αποτέλεσμα
- Σχεδιάζεις και υλοποιείς ροές εργασίας με χρήση Power Automate, Power Apps, συστημάτων HR και Microsoft 365
- Εντοπίζεις και εφαρμόζεις πρακτικές περιπτώσεις χρήσης AI όπως Copilot και AI Builder για μετρήσιμη αξία
- Αναβαθμίζεις αναλύσεις και αναφορές HR με dashboards, KPIs και μοντέλα δεδομένων για λήψη αποφάσεων βάσει δεδομένων
- Μεταφράζεις ανάγκες επιχειρήσεων σε τεχνολογικές λύσεις αυτοματισμού και AI, διασφαλίζοντας κλιμακωσιμότητα
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Power Platform και Microsoft 365 για σχεδιασμό και αυτοματοποίηση
- Χρήση Automation και AI Tools για βελτίωση διαδικασιών
- Ανάλυση δεδομένων, reporting και Analytical Skills για υποστήριξη αποφάσεων
- Κατανόηση HR Processes και Business Translation των απαιτήσεων
- Ικανότητες Workflow Design και Process Improvement
- Ισχυρές Communication, Stakeholder Management και Problem Solving δεξιότητες
- Computer Science / Business / Engineering / related fieldκατά προτίμηση
