- Συντάσσεις αναλυτική, δομημένη και πλήρη τεκμηρίωση, εγχειρίδια χρήσης και οδηγίες.
- Υποστηρίζεις την εκτέλεση UAT και την ανάπτυξη λύσεων σε πολλαπλά περιβάλλοντα.
- Υποστηρίζεις τις Operations μετά το go-live, παρακολουθώντας και μετρώντας την αποτελεσματικότητα της λύσης.
- Αναθεωρείς και βελτιώνεις κώδικα υφιστάμενων λύσεων, εντοπίζοντας και διορθώνοντας ζητήματα και ελαττώματα.
- Εγκαθιστάς λογισμικό και συναφείς τεχνολογίες για τη ρύθμιση περιβάλλοντος.
- Ακολουθείς δομημένα πλάνα έργου και επικοινωνείς κινδύνους και ζητήματα στον delivery manager, παρέχοντας input στη διαδικασία change control.
