- Επικυρώνεις δεδομένα, τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία και ενημερώνεις βάσεις δεδομένων και τεκμηρίωση σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες.
- Εντοπίζεις σφάλματα ή κενά, τα κλιμακώνεις για επίλυση και ακολουθείς τις συμφωνημένες διαδικασίες εργασίας.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ομάδες και stakeholders για την επίλυση ερωτημάτων, την κοινοποίηση ενημερώσεων και τη σαφή επικοινωνία εκκρεμοτήτων.
- Υποστηρίζεις διοικητικές εργασίες, τη διαχείριση τεκμηρίωσης και εργασίες βάσει κύκλων.
- Συντονίζεις αιτήματα Joint Business Relationship, παρακολουθείς ερωτήματα και εισροές, ενημερώνεις καταστάσεις και υποστηρίζεις την έγκαιρη ολοκλήρωση διαδικασιών.
- Συλλέγεις, οργανώνεις και ελέγχεις τεκμηρίωση Joint Business Relationship, όπως επιχειρηματικές εισροές, έντυπα, εγκρίσεις και αλληλογραφία.
- Παρακολουθείς εγγραφές και ανανεώσεις στο Salesforce, επικοινωνείς για εκκρεμείς εισροές και παρακολουθείς την κατάσταση με τους αρμόδιους stakeholders.
- Ακολουθείς workflows και ελέγχους, εντοπίζεις επαναλαμβανόμενα ζητήματα και προτείνεις πρακτικές βελτιώσεις.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ακρίβεια και επικύρωση δεδομένων, διαχείριση δεδομένων και spreadsheets
- Διαχείριση αρχείων και τεκμηρίωσης, τήρηση λειτουργικών workflows
- Εντοπισμός και κλιμάκωση ζητημάτων, παρακολούθηση διαδικασιών
- Επικοινωνία με stakeholders, εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Ιεράρχηση εργασιών και διαχείριση deadlines
- Salesforce, SAP, Enterprise systems, διαδικασίες Joint Business Relationship
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Διοίκηση / Χρηματοοικονομικά / Οικονομικά / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
