Τι θα κάνεις
- Χαρτογραφείς τις απαιτήσεις, τις διαδικασίες και τους στόχους των πελατών
- Σχεδιάζεις, προσαρμόζεις, ρυθμίζεις και δοκιμάζεις τα modules SD, MM, FI/CO
- Διευκολύνεις workshops για τη συλλογή επιχειρησιακών απαιτήσεων
- Εντοπίζεις κενά, προβλήματα και προσωρινές λύσεις
- Προτείνεις βελτιώσεις σε επιχειρησιακές διαδικασίες ή συστήματα
- Τεκμηριώνεις λειτουργικό σχεδιασμό, test cases και αποτελέσματα
- Λειτουργείς ως σύνδεσμος μεταξύ επιχειρησιακών λειτουργιών και τεχνικής ομάδας
- Παρέχεις εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξη χρηστών όποτε απαιτηθεί
- Παρέχεις συμβουλευτικές υπηρεσίες σε νέες υλοποιήσεις και σε υποστηρικτικά έργα
- Εργάζεσαι αυτόνομα και μπορείς να καθοδηγείς νεότερα μέλη
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- SAP SD, MM και FI/CO modules
- SAP Integration και εμπειρία σε ενσωματώσεις μεταξύ modules
- Κατανόηση Επιχειρησιακών Διαδικασιών στον τομέα του retail
- Διευκόλυνση Workshops και Documentation Λειτουργικού Σχεδιασμού
- Testing και Υποστήριξη Χρηστών
- Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες, Διαχείριση Χρόνου και Ομαδικότητα
- Εστίαση στον Πελάτη και Προληπτική Επίλυση Προβλημάτων
- Γλώσσα Ελληνικά προφορικά και γραπτά
- Computer Science / Finance / Accountingκατά προτίμηση
