- Μεταφράζεις επιχειρηματικές απαιτήσεις σε λειτουργικές και διαμορφωτικές απαιτήσεις ERP
- Συμμετέχεις στην ανάλυση αναγκών πελατών και αναγνωρίζεις ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης
- Επικοινωνείς με το τμήμα R&D για ανάπτυξη προσαρμοσμένων λύσεων όποτε απαιτείται
- Παρέχεις συνεχή υποστήριξη σε πελάτες που χρησιμοποιούν το Pylon ERP
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη δοκιμή και τεκμηρίωση της διαμόρφωσης του ERP
- Πραγματοποιείς ανάλυση αναγκών πελατών και συμμετέχεις στο σχεδιασμό και την αρχιτεκτονική επιχειρηματικών διαδικασιών
- Συντάσσεις προδιαγραφές ανάπτυξης και συνεργάζεσαι με πελάτες για την δοκιμή τροποποιήσεων και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Είσαι υπεύθυνος για την πληρότητα και ποιότητα του λειτουργικού σχεδιασμού
- Παρέχεις εκπαίδευση χρήστη στους πελάτες
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Υπηρεσίες ERP software solution με γνώση Pylon ERP
- Ανάλυση επιχειρηματικών διαδικασιών και μετάφραση λειτουργικών και διαμορφωτικών απαιτήσεων
- Δοκιμές και τεκμηρίωση ERP διαμορφώσεων
- Υποστήριξη πελατών και μετάφραση τεχνικών σε μη τεχνικούς όρους
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, παρουσίασης και παράδοσης εκπαίδευσης
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, αυτοδιοίκηση και άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Γνώσεις SQL και Javascript
- Πληροφορική / Οικονομικά / Χρηματοοικονομικάκατά προτίμηση
