Περιγραφή Θέσης

As a Technician, you will support the smooth and safe operation of our HQs by carrying out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and overseeing the installation, inspection, and operation of electrical systems and electromechanical equipment.

 

What your day to day will include:

  • Monitoring building systems daily through KNX and BMS platforms

  • Performing technical inspections on electrical and safety systems

  • Checking HVAC, water supply, and fire-fighting systems regularly

  • Carrying out preventive maintenance and small corrective works

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical faults using appropriate tools

  • Supporting technical projects, installations, and office reconfiguration works

  • Tracking and handling maintenance requests and technical issues through JIRA

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Diploma or certification in a technical field (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering is considered an advantage

  • Valid Electrical License (1st Group, Specialty A)

  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and technical maintenance

  • Familiarity with BMS and building automation systems

  • Basic HVAC knowledge and good command of English

  • Strong teamwork, cooperation, and attention to detail skills
