- Σχεδιάζεις και υλοποιείς jigs και fixtures για νέες εισαγωγές προϊόντων
- Συνεισφέρεις και τηρείς πρωτοβουλίες ποιότητας στο εργαστήριο
- Χρησιμοποιείς διάφορα εργαλεία μέτρησης όπως CMM και OMM
- Εντοπίζεις και προμηθεύεις εξοπλισμό μέτρησης για τις ανάγκες της μετρολογίας
- Αναλύεις δεδομένα μέτρησης για να εντοπίσεις ελαττώματα παραγωγής
- Συνεργάζεσαι με διεπιστημονικές ομάδες μηχανικών για στρατηγικές μέτρησης
- Τεκμηριώνεις αποτελέσματα μέτρησης σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα της Tesla
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Προγραμματισμός CMM και χρήση μετρολογικού εξοπλισμού
- Καλιμπράρισμα και συντήρηση μετρολογικών οργάνων
- Γνώση GD&T και βασικών στοιχείων μηχανολογίας
- Ανάλυση δεδομένων για ελαττώματα παραγωγής και διάγνωση προβλημάτων
- Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση jigs και fixtures
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας στα Αγγλικά και συνεργασία με μηχανικούς
Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are seeking a talented Metrology Technician who will be working in the metrology lab in Athens.
Τι θα κάνετε
Develop and execute CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programs for various mechanical parts and assemblies.
Maintenance and calibration of measuring instruments - Verify and adjust measuring tools to ensure accurate results.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to metrology programs and equipment.
Identify and assist in the design and implementation of jigs and fixtures for new product introductions.
Contribute to and uphold all labs quality initiatives and programs.
Work with various types of measuring equipment available within the group. This includes CMMs and OMMs.
Identify and source measuring equipment to better meet the metrology requirements.
Data analysis – parse measurement results to identify manufacturing defects.
Collaborate with cross functional engineering teams for measurement strategies.
Maintain documentation of measurement results according to Tesla standards.

Experience in Quality and Metrology engineering.
Proficient in using CMM machine and metrology equipment.
Solid knowledge in GD&T.
Strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering.
Demonstrate innovation, technical excellence, attention to detail and self-direction.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Ability to communicate in English fluently
