Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 7+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εξειδίκευση σε BPMN modelling και Decision Model and Notation (DMN)
- Εμπειρία σε Agile frameworks Scrum και Kanban, και υποστήριξη κύκλου ζωής προϊόντος
- Δεξιότητες Requirements elicitation and documentation, user stories και acceptance criteria
- Ικανότητα Process modelling AS-IS/TO-BE, process analysis και redesign
- Εμπειρία Behavior Driven Development (BDD) για ορισμό και επαλήθευση απαιτήσεων
- Δυνατότητες Workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication skills (English C1)
- Ικανότητα Collaborative teamwork, analytical thinking και problem-solving
- Πληροφορική / Στατιστική / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεωνκατά προτίμηση
