Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία σε Business Analysis και Product Management
- Γνώση του Software Development Lifecycle και της διαδικασίας Business Analysis
- Εμπειρία με VLT/Slot Machine Systems και iGSA standards (G2S protocols)
- Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και αναφοράς σφαλμάτων (Defect Reporting)
- Ικανότητες σε Requirement Gathering και Business Analysis

Περιγραφή Θέσης
As a Senior Business Analyst (VLTs) at our team, you will play a key role in optimizing the performance and functionality of our Lottery systems!
More specifically, some of your main tasks will be:
Being the person responsible within the team for collecting and tracking the progress of change requests.
Ensuring that requirements are fully understood by both the Business and Development teams and that the designed implementation truly satisfies our customers' expectations.
Participating in the definition and analysis of business requirements.
Uncovering and understanding customer and business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements to be successful in this role.
To get this role, you should match the following criteria:
You hold a University or College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant technology-related field
A proven working experience of at least 5 years in Business Analysis or Product Management (ideally in the Gaming sector)
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (enterprise software development).
Familiarity with the Business Analysis process: requirement gathering, communication, planning & management, analysis & documentation, implementation & testing!
Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken.
Experience on VLT/Slot Machine Systems, familiarity with iGSA standards (G2S protocols) is a strong advantage.
Open to travelling and working abroad.
We would appreciate it if you had:
-Experience in Atlassian Jira and Confluence
-Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
-Experience in Reporting Tools
-Experience in process visualization tools (Flowcharts, Vision Boards)
