As a National Account Manager, you will develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales, optimize resources, and strengthen relationships with retailer partners. Your role will be crucial in delivering business objectives and ensuring mutual success.
How you will contributeYou will:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
- Develop and execute customer growth strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Lead the joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP) to drive performance.
- Be responsible and accountable for Sales Forecast Accuracy (SFA).
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- 10+ years ofoverall commercial experience (customer business development, commercial strategy – trade marketing or marketing). Multiple years of experience in account management mainly within FMCG.
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Management, Business Administration
- A track record of driving category growth, delivering revenue and share growth
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Deep understanding of customer structures and go-to-market strategies.
- Proven track record of working in cross-functional organisations.
- Analytical thinking, ability to create selling stories
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to mobilise and engage stakeholders across organisation
- Growth mindset, can-do attitude.
