The Program Manager will work closely with regional leaders, HSE, Engineering, and the global sustainability team to drive&nbsp;technical solutions and other&nbsp;initiatives that improve environmental performance and compliance across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Program Development &amp; Strategy:<ul><li>Design and implement&nbsp;strong governance for environmental programs across regions.</li><li>Develop an overarching strategy for environmental stewardship including waste reduction, water usage, energy efficiency, and GHG emissions reduction.</li><li>Develop a robust Global road map aligned with regional leaders.</li></ul>Data Management &amp; Analysis:<ul><li>Manage and analyze data on global environmental performance while supported by the Sustainability Data Managers to monitor progress against established goals.</li><li>Create and maintain dashboards to report key metrics, identify trends, suggest improvements and benchmark.</li></ul>Regulatory Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with international, regional, and local environmental regulations and standards (CDP, DJSI, EU CRSRD).</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for external environmental audits and certifications.</li></ul>Project Management:<ul><li>Identify best practices &amp; clean technologies to be implemented and rolled out across the manufacturing sites.</li><li>Coordinate and track the implementation of environmental projects focusing on priority sites/Business Units/regions to ensure their contribution to environmental goals.</li><li>Provide strategic guidance and support to regional teams implementing local environmental projects aligned with global targets.</li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Collaboration:<ul><li>Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Manufacturing, R&amp;D, Supply Chain, Corporate Sustainability, HSE, Engineering) to ensure environmental goals are understood and prioritized across the business.</li><li>Work with external stakeholders, NGOs, and environmental agencies to stay current on best practices and industry trends.</li></ul>Training &amp; Education:<ul><li>Develop training programs to educate employees on environmental initiatives, sustainability practices, and their roles in supporting the company’s environmental goals.</li><li>Foster an environmentally conscious culture by regularly communicating the progress and impact of environmental programs.</li></ul>Continuous Improvement:<ul><li>Evaluate and improve existing environmental processes, programs, and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Identify areas for innovation and growth, including emerging technologies, to enhance the company’s environmental performance.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>Experience: 7+ years of experience in environmental management, sustainability, or a related field, preferably within a global or multi-site organization. 3+ years of experience leading global roles and working across regions and or Business Units.</li><li>Proven experience with environmental data management systems, reporting, and compliance.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects across multiple regions.</li><li>Technical knowledge related to clean carbon technologies, water efficiency, and waste reduction.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.</li><li>Effective communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Certifications: relevant environmental/sustainability certifications are a plus.</li></ul>
