Our mission is to empower businesses through secure, cutting-edge solutions.We are seeking a highly experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Cloud Engineering Lead with a strong background in cloud engineering and expertise in either Linux or Windows operating systems. This senior role involves designing and implementing secure cloud solutions, ensuring the security of our cloud infrastructure, and providing architectural guidance to cross-functional teams.

How you will contribute

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure IAM cloud architectures that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with development, IT, and security teams to integrate security best practices into cloud solutions.
• Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations for continuous cloud security improvements.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards for cloud environments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
• Lead incident response efforts for cloud-based security incidents.
• Implement tools and automation to enhance security monitoring and response.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide architectural guidance.

What you will bring

• 8+ years of experience in cloud security and cloud engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in IAM solutions (e.g., LDAP Directories including AD, SSO/OIDC/OAuth, PAM, certificate management, etc.).
• Strong expertise in securing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• In-depth knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems.
• Proven experience with cloud security frameworks and tools.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, CCSP).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with various development and security methodologies: Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and ITIL practices is essential.
