- Συμμετέχεις στην καθημερινή παραγωγή γλυκών και εδεσμάτων για όλα τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα και τον Pastry Chef για ομαλή ροή εργασίας και έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση θεμάτων.
- Παρακολουθείς τις προμήθειες και προγραμματίζεις τις παραγγελίες.
- Διασφαλίζεις την ορθή λειτουργία του εξοπλισμού και αναφέρεις βλάβες ή άλλα προβλήματα.
- Τηρείς τις απαιτούμενες διαδικασίες ISO και εφαρμόζεις τους κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στη θέση σου.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Τεχνικές ζαχαροπλαστικής και γνώση υλικών ζαχαροπλαστικής
- Παραγωγή γλυκών και εδεσμάτων
- Παρακολούθηση προμηθειών και προγραμματισμός παραγγελιών
- Χειρισμός εξοπλισμού ζαχαροπλαστείου
- Διαχείριση υλικών και κόστους
- Διαδικασίες ISO και υγιεινή και ασφάλεια τροφίμων
- Τέχνη Ζαχαροπλαστικής
