- Συμμετέχεις στην καθημερινή παραγωγή του μενού σύμφωνα με τα συνταγολόγια και τα λειτουργικά πρότυπα.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα και τον άμεσα προϊστάμενο για ομαλή ροή εργασίας και έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση θεμάτων.
- Ενημερώνεις άμεσα τον προϊστάμενο για προβλήματα ή ελλείψεις υλικών στο πόστο σου.
- Τηρείς τις διαδικασίες ISO και εφαρμόζεις σωστά τους κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Παραγωγή μενού και εκτέλεση συνταγών σύμφωνα με τα λειτουργικά πρότυπα.
- Ομαλή ροή εργασίας μέσω συνεργασίας με την ομάδα και τον προϊστάμενο.
- Έλεγχος ελλείψεων υλικών στο πόστο.
- Διαδικασίες ISO και τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.
