To ensure that we, along with our network of partners, provide efficient, prompt, and professional services that meet and exceed our guests’ expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operates the Mitsis Concierge platform.

  • Understands customer’s needs and provides personalized solutions regarding activities, facilities and services provided by the hotel.

  • Acts as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to the wishes and requirements.

  • Collaborates with reception staff to meet guests' needs.

  • Optimizes revenue through sales of concierge services.

Requirements

  • Degree or Certificate in Hospitality and/or related field (preferred).

  • Hospitality experience anticipating the needs of hotel guests is needed. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).

  • Business fluency in spoken and written English (proficiency diploma required).

  • Knowledge of an additional language would be an asset.

  • Customer service-oriented with impeccable communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships and have an approachable and professional manner.
