To ensure that we, along with our network of partners, provide efficient, prompt, and professional services that meet and exceed our guests’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Operates the Mitsis Concierge platform.
Understands customer’s needs and provides personalized solutions regarding activities, facilities and services provided by the hotel.
Acts as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to the wishes and requirements.
Collaborates with reception staff to meet guests' needs.
Optimizes revenue through sales of concierge services.
Requirements
Degree or Certificate in Hospitality and/or related field (preferred).
Hospitality experience anticipating the needs of hotel guests is needed. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
Business fluency in spoken and written English (proficiency diploma required).
Knowledge of an additional language would be an asset.
