Τι θα κάνεις
- Αναπτύσσεις και υλοποιείς στρατηγικό σχέδιο συντήρησης και αναβάθμισης υποδομών
- Καθορίζεις προτεραιότητες συντήρησης, χρονοδιαγράμματα έργων και KPIs
- Εποπτεύεις έργα ανάπτυξης και αναβάθμισης εγκαταστάσεων, διαχειρίζεσαι εργολάβους και προμηθευτές
- Επιβλέπεις την εκτέλεση προληπτικής και διορθωτικής συντήρησης
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με COO, Head of BP και οικονομικές ομάδες για την τεχνική και λειτουργική συντονισμένη δράση
- Παραδίδεις προγράμματα και έργα συντήρησης εντός προθεσμιών και προϋπολογισμού
- Προωθείς πρωτοβουλίες μείωσης έκτακτων εργασιών συντήρησης και χρόνων διακοπής λειτουργίας
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση των εργολάβων, διασφαλίζοντας αποδοτικότητα κόστους, ποιότητα και συμμόρφωση με κανονισμούς ασφαλείας
- Παρασκευάζεις τεχνικές εκθέσεις και ενημερώσεις για τη διοίκηση
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 7+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση συντήρησης και προληπτική/διορθωτική συντήρηση σε βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον
- Εποπτεία εργολάβων και διαχείριση έργων αναβάθμισης υποδομών
- Γνώση CMMS και Κανονισμών Υγείας, Ασφάλειας & Περιβάλλοντος (HSE)
- Ηγεσία ομάδας, οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Ανάπτυξη και παρακολούθηση KPIs, διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού
- Άπταιστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών
- Civil Engineering / Engineeringκατά προτίμηση
