Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις την αξιολόγηση και εκτέλεση συναλλαγών M&A, στρατηγικών συνεργασιών και επενδύσεων.
- Συντονίζεις δραστηριότητες due diligence σε οικονομικά, νομικά, φορολογικά, τεχνικά και εμπορικά θέματα.
- Υποστηρίζεις την εκτέλεση συναλλαγών με τον συντονισμό εσωτερικών και εξωτερικών εμπλεκόμενων μερών.
- Βοηθάς στη διαχείριση σχεδίων έργου, χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και ροών πληροφοριών.
- Διεξάγεις χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση, αποτιμήσεις, έρευνα αγοράς και ανάλυση κλάδου.
- Αναπτύσσεις και διαχειρίζεσαι χρηματοοικονομικά μοντέλα και επιχειρηματικές μελέτες.
- Εξετάζεις οικονομικά και εμπορικά στοιχεία για τον εντοπισμό κινδύνων και ευκαιριών.
- Στηρίζεις την προετοιμασία επενδυτικών σημειώσεων, παρουσιάσεων και αναφορών για διαχειριστικά στελέχη.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με επιχειρησιακές μονάδες, κεντρικές λειτουργίες και εξωτερικούς συμβούλους κατά την υλοποίηση έργων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ικανότητες στην οικονομική μοντελοποίηση, due diligence και χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση.
- Καλή γνώση μεθοδολογιών αποτίμησης και αρχών εταιρικής χρηματοδότησης.
- Προχωρημένη χρήση Excel για ανάλυση και διαχείριση δεδομένων.
- Ικανότητες συντονισμού έργου και διαχείριση ενδιαφερόμενων μερών.
- Ισχυρές αναλυτικές ικανότητες, επίλυση προβλημάτων και εμπορική αντίληψη.
- Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
- Finance / Engineering / Economics / Mathematicsκατά προτίμηση
