- Αναλύεις οικονομικά, εμπορικά και στρατηγικά δεδομένα για υποστήριξη επενδυτικών αποφάσεων
- Αναπτύσσεις και διαχειρίζεσαι ολοκληρωμένα οικονομικά μοντέλα
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ροές εργασίας συναλλαγών και το due diligence συντονίζοντας εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς φορείς
- Υποστηρίζεις τη δομή, διαπραγμάτευση και ολοκλήρωση συναλλαγών με έμφαση σε κινδύνους και αξίες
- Ετοιμάζεις επενδυτικά σημειώματα, επιχειρηματικές παρουσιάσεις και λειτουργείς ως σύνδεσμος μεταξύ εμπλεκόμενων φορέων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 7+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Οικονομική ανάλυση, χρηματοοικονομική μοντελοποίηση και μεθοδολογίες αποτίμησης
- Εταιρική χρηματοδότηση και ανάλυση επενδύσεων
- Project management και διαχείριση ενδιαφερομένων
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Προηγμένη χρήση Excel και PowerPoint
- Στρατηγική σκέψη και εμπορική ανάλυση
- Finance / Economics / Engineering / Mathematics / Business Administrationκατά προτίμηση
