Τι θα κάνεις
- Εποπτεύεις τις κατασκευαστικές δραστηριότητες στο εργοτάξιο και διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τις προδιαγραφές του έργου
- Συντονίζεις με project managers, αρχιτέκτονες και υπεργολάβους για την επίτευξη των οροσήμων του έργου
- Πραγματοποιείς τακτικούς ελέγχους στο εργοτάξιο για την παρακολούθηση της προόδου και τη διατήρηση των ποιοτικών προτύπων
- Τηρείς και ενημερώνεις την τεκμηρίωση του έργου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων αναφορών και χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
- Εφαρμόζεις τα πρωτόκολλα ασφάλειας και προωθείς ένα ασφαλές εργασιακό περιβάλλον
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση διαδικασιών κατασκευής, υλικών και κανονισμών υγείας και ασφάλειας
- Επάρκεια σε έλεγχους στο εργοτάξιο και τεκμηρίωση έργου
- Συντονισμός με project managers και υπεργολάβους
- Τεχνική υποστήριξη κατά τη διάρκεια του έργου
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και δεξιότητες διαπροσωπικής επικοινωνίας
- Δεξιότητες στη χρήση Microsoft Office Suite και σχετικού λογισμικού
- Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
