- Αναπτύσσεις, διαχειρίζεσαι και συντονίζεις BIM μοντέλα για κτίρια και έργα υποδομής, με έμφαση σε MEP συστήματα
- Συνεργάζεσαι με σχεδιαστές, συμβούλους και άλλους εμπλεκόμενους για αποτελεσματική ολοκλήρωση και συντονισμό μοντέλων
- Εκτελείς ανίχνευση συγκρούσεων και υποστηρίζεις την επίλυση συγκρούσεων σχεδιασμού
- Τηρείς την τήρηση προτύπων BIM, BIM Execution Plans και απαιτήσεων πελάτη
- Συμμετέχεις σε συναντήσεις συντονισμού BIM και εργαστήρια αξιολόγησης μοντέλων
- Υποστηρίζεις ομάδες έργου σε ψηφιακή παράδοση, διαχείριση πληροφοριών και διασφάλιση ποιότητας μοντέλων
- Συμβάλλεις στη συνεχή βελτίωση BIM ροών εργασίας, προτύπων, προτύπων εγγράφων και τεκμηρίωσης έργου
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία με Autodesk Revit και Revit MEP
- Δεξιότητες BIM coordination και ανίχνευσης συγκρούσεων με Navisworks Manage
- Γνώση BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) και αρχών ISO 19650
- Εμπειρία σε μεγάλης κλίμακας κτίρια, υποδομές και πολυεπιστημονικά έργα
- Χρήση Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360 ή Common Data Environment (CDE) πλατφορμών
- Σχετικές γνώσεις σε model quality assurance, ψηφιακή παράδοση και Microsoft Office
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / related discipline
