Τι θα κάνεις
- Επιβλέπεις τις ανατεθειμένες εργοταξιακές εργασίες βάσει εγκεκριμένων σχεδίων, προδιαγραφών και μεθοδολογιών.
- Συντονίζεις εργοδηγούς, υπεργολάβους και προμηθευτές για τις καθημερινές απαιτήσεις των εργασιών.
- Ελέγχεις κατασκευαστικά σχέδια, εντοπίζεις αποκλίσεις και υποβάλλεις τεχνικά ερωτήματα.
- Υποστηρίζεις τον βραχυπρόθεσμο προγραμματισμό και παρακολουθείς την πρόοδο βάσει χρονοδιαγράμματος.
- Συντάσσεις ημερήσιες αναφορές εργοταξίου, αρχεία προόδου και επιμετρήσεις ποσοτήτων.
- Συμβάλλεις στην προετοιμασία μεθοδολογιών εργασίας και απαιτήσεων υλικών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με προμηθευτές και υπεργολάβους για τεχνικές υποβολές και προσφορές.
- Συντονίζεσαι με την ομάδα ποιότητας για επιθεωρήσεις, δοκιμές και κατασκευαστικά αρχεία.
- Παρακολουθείς τη συμμόρφωση με τις διαδικασίες υγείας, ασφάλειας και περιβάλλοντος και αναφέρεις προβλήματα.
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία σχεδίων αποτύπωσης και εγγράφων παράδοσης.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Επίβλεψη εργοταξίου σε έργα πολιτικού μηχανικού και έργα πολιτικού μηχανικού
- Χωματουργικά έργα και κατασκευές θαλάσσιων έργων
- MS Office και AutoCAD
- Ερμηνεία κατασκευαστικών σχεδίων και τεχνικών προδιαγραφών
- Προγραμματισμός και χρονοδιάγραμμα κατασκευαστικών εργασιών
- Επιμέτρηση κατασκευαστικών εργασιών, ποιοτικός έλεγχος κατασκευών και τεκμηρίωση κατασκευαστικών εργασιών
- Συμμόρφωση με απαιτήσεις υγείας, ασφάλειας και περιβάλλοντος και οδήγηση
- Πολιτική Μηχανική
