- Διαχειρίζεσαι την εγκατάσταση πολιτικών, δομοστατικών και αρχιτεκτονικών συστημάτων σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις του πελάτη και τους όρους του έργου
- Εποπτεύεις την ορθή εκτέλεση εργασιών επιτόπου από υπεργολάβους σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές και το χρονοδιάγραμμα του έργου
- Εντοπίζεις και αντιμετωπίζεις σφάλματα σχεδιασμού συνεργαζόμενος με την ομάδα σχεδίασης και παρέχεις λύσεις σε τεχνικές προκλήσεις κατά την εκτέλεση του έργου
- Παρακολουθείς την πρόοδο και ποιότητα στον χώρο και συντάσσεις τακτικές αναφορές προόδου για τον Υπεύθυνο Έργου
- Τηρείς την ασφάλεια, την ποιότητα και τα περιβαλλοντικά πρότυπα στον χώρο εργασίας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 10+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πολιτική Μηχανική και Αρχιτεκτονική Μηχανική
- AutoCAD και Microsoft Office Suite
- Αγγλικά γραπτά και προφορικά
- Αναλυτικές ικανότητες και ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και διαπροσωπικές ικανότητες
- Συμμόρφωση με πρότυπα ασφαλείας και περιβαλλοντικά πρότυπα
- Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering / Relevant Field
