Τι θα κάνεις
- Ελέγχεις SPAs και άλλα συμβατικά έγγραφα για συναλλαγές πωλήσεων στον τομέα ανανεώσιμων πηγών ενέργειας
- Προετοιμάζεις και διατηρείς πίνακες ελέγχου σε Excel για παρακολούθηση συμβατικών υποχρεώσεων και προθεσμιών
- Διασφαλίζεις την έγκαιρη κλιμάκωση και παρακολούθηση κρίσιμων θεμάτων κλεισίματος και μετά το κλείσιμο
- Συντονίζεις την εκτέλεση συναλλαγών πωλήσεων σε συμφωνίες ανταλλαγής περιουσιακών στοιχείων μεταξύ νομικών, οικονομικών, φορολογικών, τεχνικών και εμπορικών ομάδων
- Υποστηρίζεις τη χρηματοοικονομική μοντελοποίηση και ανάλυση συναλλαγών, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ελέγχου υποθέσεων αποτίμησης και δομών συμφωνιών
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία υλικού για Επιτροπή Κατανομής Κεφαλαίων με οικονομική ανάλυση και συνοπτικές παρουσιάσεις συναλλαγών
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαδικασία due diligence, διαχειρίζεσαι κύκλους ερωταπαντήσεων και ευθυγραμμίζεις ενδιαφερόμενους κατά την εκτέλεση συναλλαγών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Έλεγχος SPA και άλλων συμβατικών εγγράφων στον τομέα των M&A
- Χρηματοοικονομική μοντελοποίηση και αναλυτικές δεξιότητες
- Πίνακες ελέγχου σε Excel για παρακολούθηση συμβατικών υποχρεώσεων
- Διαχείριση ενδιαφερομένων και συντονισμός εκτέλεσης συναλλαγών
- Υποστήριξη διαδικασίας due diligence και έλεγχος υποθέσεων αποτίμησης
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και εμπειρία σε έργα πολλαπλών χωρών
- Finance / Law / Businessκατά προτίμηση
