Τι θα κάνεις
- Οδηγείς την αξιολόγηση, τη δομή και την εκτέλεση επενδυτικών ευκαιριών σε επιχειρησιακές μονάδες, όπως συναλλαγές M&A και κοινές επιχειρήσεις
- Υποστηρίζεις δραστηριότητες project & structured finance, περιλαμβάνοντας ανάλυση κεφαλαιακής δομής και χρηματοδότηση με χρέος/ίδια κεφάλαια
- Υποστηρίζεις την ανάπτυξη και ενημέρωση του επιχειρησιακού σχεδίου της Ομάδας, συντονίζοντας τα δεδομένα από επιχειρηματικές μονάδες και SPVs
- Παρακολουθείς την επίδοση σε σχέση με το επιχειρησιακό σχέδιο και τα KPIs της Ομάδας
- Συνεισφέρεις στην ανάλυση στρατηγικής κατανομής κεφαλαίων και υποστηρίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με εταιρικούς στόχους και κίνδυνο
- Υποστηρίζεις την ανάπτυξη, ανασκόπηση και παρουσίαση χρηματοοικονομικών μοντέλων και επενδυτικών μελετών
- Συντονίζεις διαλειτουργικά με θυγατρικές και εσωτερικούς ενδιαφερόμενους για την εκτέλεση συναλλαγών, χρηματοδότηση και παρακολούθηση επιδόσεων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ισχυρές δεξιότητες financial modeling και ανάλυσης χρηματοοικονομικών δεικτών IRR, NPV, DSCR, payback period
- Εμπειρία σε project finance, corporate finance, M&A και business planning
- Γνώση IFRS και Greek GAAP
- Ικανότητα συντονισμού με τράπεζες, επενδυτές και stakeholders
- Ικανότητα χρήσης Excel και PowerPoint σε προχωρημένο επίπεδο
- Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και διαχείρισης stakeholders
- Χρηματοοικονομικά / Οικονομικά / Μηχανική / Λογιστικήκατά προτίμηση
