We are currently looking for an HR Operations Manager to join our People Services team, part of our Human Resources Division based in Athens, Greece.

By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in our company’s effort for the supervision and management of operational HR support across the employee lifecycle (including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, work data changes, leave administration, and contract management), ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery in line with company policies and local labor laws. You’ll drive continuous improvement and operational excellence while overseeing Quality & Compliance, Knowledge Management, Employee Lifecycle, Global Mobility, and Vendor Management. 

 

 

Your role will encompass:  

  • Lead HR Operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant service delivery while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.  

  • Oversee Employee Lifecycle processes, including complex case resolution in SAP Success Factors (Tier 2 escalations), HRIS and ticketing system management, knowledge base maintenance, self-service enablement, and SOP governance.  

  • Manage team performance by assigning workloads, monitoring SLAs/KPIs, optimizing staffing levels, and fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, development, accountability, and inclusion.  

  • Drive process improvement and change management, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and service quality.  

  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness by maintaining accurate HRIS records, enforcing HR policies and legal requirements, and serving as the HR Operations contact for audits and compliance reviews.  

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors, and champion customer service, acting as the liaison between HR Operations and People Services while managing escalations, feedback, complaints, and continuous service improvement. 

  • Regular Travels abroad are required for this role 

 

 

 

What you bring to the role: 

  • 6+ years’ experience in HR Operations, or relevant field. 

  • Proven experience in HR Operations or Shared Services, supporting employee lifecycle processes ideally in SAP Success Factors environment. 

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and HR ticketing/case management systems to manage employee data and resolve queries efficiently. 

  • Strong customer service mindset, with a track record of delivering timely, high-quality HR support. 

  • Experience maintaining accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reporting while ensuring data integrity. 

  • Sound understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and service delivery best practices. 

  • General knowledge of global labor laws and employment regulations, including contracts, working time, and leave entitlements. 

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on enhancing processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency. 

  • Experience in working in multinational matrix environments and leading cross countries teams. 

  • Excellent knowledge of English language at Proficiency level. 

  • International Experience will be highly appreciated.
