- Αναγνωρίζεις το εύρος MEP σε όλο το έργο σε συνεργασία με την Ομάδα Συντονισμού Ενοικιαστών
- Ενσωματώνεις έξυπνες τεχνολογίες και προτείνεις καινοτόμες λύσεις όπου απαιτείται
- Υποστηρίζεις τον Συντονιστή TCT σε όλες τις εργασίες υλοποίησης των ενοικιάσεων στο έργο
- Λειτουργείς ως σύνδεσμος μεταξύ Leasing και Ανάπτυξης για την τήρηση των εμπορικών συμφωνιών και προδιαγραφών
- Βοηθάς στη διαπραγμάτευση και αιτιολόγηση του ERGOLAVIKO με τους ενοικιαστές
- Προτείνεις και εισαγάγεις νέα εμπορικά σχήματα και σχεδιάζεις σενάρια για την καλύτερη προσαρμογή στις ανάγκες των ενοικιαστών και στο έργο
- Ενημερώνεις τα 'Εμπορικά Σχέδια' με βάση την πρόοδο του leasing εστιάζοντας σε θέματα MEP
- Συντονίζεις τα Συστήματα Ασφαλείας, τη Διαχείριση Κτιρίων και τη Διαχείριση Αποβλήτων με τις λειτουργικές ανάγκες
- Αναπτύσσεις και εφαρμόζεις στρατηγικές για τα φωτοβολταϊκά πάνελ
- Συντονίζεις τις διεπαφές με την Ανάπτυξη Υποδομών σχετικά με το MEP
- Υποστηρίζεις τον TCT στην επικοινωνία με τους ενοικιαστές και τους συνεργάτες τους
- Εξασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των Οδηγιών Σχεδιασμού Ενοικιάσεων
- Επιθεωρείς, εντοπίζεις και επιλύεις ζητήματα MEP που αφορούν τις ενοικιάσεις και τις συμφωνίες
- Διατηρείς ακριβή αρχεία και ενημερώνεις τα Εμπορικά Σχέδια
- Παρακολουθείς τις υφιστάμενες συμφωνίες και προτείνεις νέα σχέδια
- Συμμετέχεις σε συναντήσεις υποστήριξης για το Leasing και διαπραγματεύσεις με ενοικιαστές
- Καταγράφεις και συγκεντρώνεις τεχνικές πληροφορίες από εμπορικές συμφωνίες για το σχεδιασμό
- Παρακολουθείς την πρόοδο των προσωρινών και μόνιμων συνδέσεων κοινής ωφέλειας για ενοικιαστές
- Ενημερώνεις την ομάδα για αλλαγές ή παραλλαγές που επηρεάζουν το έργο
- Προβλέπεις κινδύνους και προτείνεις κατάλληλες ενέργειες
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 10+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώσεις MEP και Κανονισμοί Πυροπροστασίας
- Συντονισμός Έργου και Συντονισμός Ενοικιαστών
- AutoCAD και Revit για σχεδιασμό
- MS Office και Adobe για υποστήριξη εργασιών
- Επάρκεια στην Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Οργανωτικές, αναλυτικές και δεξιότητες σύνταξης αναφορών
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ομαδικότητα και προσαρμοστικότητα
- Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
