Τι θα κάνεις
- Εξασφαλίζεις την επιτυχή εκτέλεση έργων EPC από τη μελέτη έως την ολοκλήρωση, την ηλέκτριση και την παράδοση.
- Δημιουργείς λεπτομερή σχέδια έργου και παρακολουθείς χρονοδιαγράμματα, ορόσημα και παραδοτέα.
- Παρακολουθείς τον προϋπολογισμό, εντοπίζεις αποκλίσεις και προσαρμόζεις τους περιορισμούς του έργου.
- Ελέγχεις τη συμμόρφωση με τις προδιαγραφές και τις απαιτήσεις των συμβάσεων και των σχετικών εγγράφων.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αλλαγές σε αντικείμενο, χρονοδιάγραμμα και κόστος και μετράς την απόδοση του έργου.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι κινδύνους, πόρους και τεχνική εφικτότητα, συντονίζοντας εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.
- Συντονίζεις τις προπαρασκευαστικές ενέργειες πριν από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης EPC και υποστηρίζεις τις διαπραγματεύσεις με πελάτες.
- Συντονίζεσαι με τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη για τη συμμόρφωση και την ομαλή εκτέλεση του έργου.
- Συντάσσεις τεκμηρίωση, υπολογιστικά φύλλα, διαγράμματα, χάρτες διαδικασιών, αναφορές προόδου και παρουσιάσεις.
- Εφαρμόζεις τις διαδικασίες και τα πρότυπα της JUWI και διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τις απαιτήσεις QHSE.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση έργων EPC, τεχνική διαχείριση έργων και προγραμματισμός έργων με MS Project.
- Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού, αντικειμένου και κινδύνων έργου.
- Διαχείριση συμβάσεων με γνώση FIDIC και NEC contracts.
- Διαχείριση ποιότητας και συμμόρφωση QHSE.
- Διαχείριση ενδιαφερόμενων μερών και αναφορών έργου.
