Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Επίβλεψη κατασκευών στο εργοτάξιο και συντονισμός κατασκευαστικών εργασιών
- Χρονοπρογραμματισμός κατασκευών και προϋπολογισμός κατασκευών
- Σχεδιασμός εκτέλεσης έργου, Method statements και σχεδιασμός ποιότητας
- Διαδικασίες προμηθειών και διαγωνισμών και διαχείριση αλλαγών
- Συντονισμός μελετών και σχεδίων και συντονισμός shop drawings
- Διαχείριση υπεργολάβων, αναφορές προόδου έργου και πιστοποιήσεις πληρωμών
- Αρχιτεκτονική Μηχανική / Πολιτική Μηχανική / Μηχανολογία / Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός
