Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τον Operations Manager στον προγραμματισμό και την κάλυψη των αναγκών του Operations Department.
- Συντονίζεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία του εμπορικού κέντρου και του χώρου στάθμευσης.
- Συνδιαχειρίζεσαι και αναπτύσσεις την τεχνική ομάδα του εμπορικού κέντρου.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαπραγμάτευση και διαχείριση συμβάσεων με παρόχους υπηρεσιών, προμηθευτές και εργολάβους.
- Υποστηρίζεις την κατάρτιση και υλοποίηση του ετήσιου λειτουργικού προϋπολογισμού, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ελέγχου τιμολογίων.
- Εποπτεύεις την Ασφάλεια & Προστασία, την καθαριότητα και άλλους παρόχους υπηρεσιών.
- Ελέγχεις την αποτελεσματική συντήρηση εγκαταστάσεων και μηχανημάτων από εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και το εσωτερικό προσωπικό.
- Παρακολουθείς καθημερινά τα πρότυπα ασφάλειας του εμπορικού κέντρου και αντιμετωπίζεις αποκλίσεις.
- Επικοινωνείς με τους μισθωτές για τεχνικά και λειτουργικά ζητήματα, συμπεριλαμβανομένων εργασιών ανακαίνισης και κατασκευής.
- Διασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των διαδικασιών για ομαλή και ασφαλή λειτουργία και την ικανοποίηση των μισθωτών.
- Αξιολογείς την κατανομή πόρων, αντιμετωπίζεις κακές πρακτικές και προωθείς πράσινες πολιτικές.
