Τι θα κάνεις
- Συντονίζεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία του εμπορικού κέντρου και του χώρου στάθμευσης.
- Συνδιαχειρίζεσαι και αναπτύσσεις την τεχνική ομάδα του εμπορικού κέντρου.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαπραγμάτευση και τη σύναψη συμβάσεων με παρόχους υπηρεσιών, προμηθευτές και εργολάβους.
- Υποστηρίζεις την κατάρτιση και υλοποίηση των ετήσιων προϋπολογισμών λειτουργίας.
- Εποπτεύεις παρόχους ασφάλειας, καθαρισμού, τεχνικών υπηρεσιών, landscaping και λοιπών υπηρεσιών.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συντήρηση εγκαταστάσεων και μηχανημάτων από εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και εσωτερικό προσωπικό.
- Παρακολουθείς καθημερινά και βελτιώνεις τα πρότυπα ασφάλειας του εμπορικού κέντρου.
- Επικοινωνείς με μισθωτές για τεχνικά και λειτουργικά ζητήματα, καθώς και για ανακαινίσεις και κατασκευές.
- Διασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των διαδικασιών για ομαλή και ασφαλή λειτουργία με επίκεντρο την ικανοποίηση των μισθωτών.
- Αξιολογείς την κατανομή πόρων, αντιμετωπίζεις κακές πρακτικές και προωθείς βελτιωμένες πρακτικές, όπως πράσινες πολιτικές.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Facility management και λειτουργία κτιριακών εγκαταστάσεων
- Διαχείριση τεχνικής ομάδας και διαχείριση συντήρησης
- Διαχείριση συμβάσεων και προμηθευτών και εποπτεία παρόχων υπηρεσιών
- Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού και σύνταξη αναφορών
- Εποπτεία ασφάλειας και προστασίας
- MS Office, αναλυτικές δεξιότητες, επίλυση προβλημάτων και κριτική σκέψη
- Μηχανολογία / Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός / Πολιτική Μηχανική / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
