Τι θα κάνεις
- Επιθεωρείς ανά δύο εβδομάδες την κατάσταση των εμπορικών κέντρων και την παροχή υπηρεσιών σύμφωνα με τις συμβάσεις.
- Εξασφαλίζεις την αποτελεσματική συντήρηση εγκαταστάσεων και μηχανημάτων από αναδόχους και εσωτερικό προσωπικό.
- Συμμετέχεις στην προετοιμασία διαγωνιστικών εγγράφων και αξιολογείς τεχνικές προσφορές.
- Οργανώνεις, προγραμματίζεις και επιβλέπεις έργα κατασκευής και ανακαίνισης στα εμπορικά κέντρα.
- Καταχωρίζεις εντολές αγοράς και συμβάσεις στο SAP και υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα με αναφορές BW.
- Ελέγχεις και αξιολογείς αναφορές προϋπολογισμού μέσω SAP.
- Καταγράφεις ανάγκες κατασκευής και σημαντικής συντήρησης των εγκαταστάσεων και υποδομών.
- Συμμετέχεις στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση του ετήσιου πλάνου επισκευών και αναβαθμίσεων.
- Επικοινωνείς με προμηθευτές ενέργειας και υπηρεσιών κοινής ωφέλειας για κατανάλωση και ανάγκες των εμπορικών κέντρων.
- Προετοιμάζεις συμβατικά έγγραφα και οργανώνεις τα αρχεία των έργων.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τεχνικούς συμβούλους και μηχανικούς μελετών όταν απαιτείται.
- Επιβλέπεις τη συμμόρφωση με τις απαιτήσεις υγείας και ασφάλειας και τις διαδικασίες ISO.
- Υποστηρίζεις τις ομάδες διαχείρισης των κέντρων σε θέματα κατασκευών και λειτουργίας.
- Αξιολογείς την κατάσταση των περιουσιακών στοιχείων.
- Συντάσσεις μηνιαίες, τριμηνιαίες, ετήσιες και ad hoc αναφορές.
