Τι θα κάνεις
- Συντάσσεις, ελέγχεις και διαπραγματεύεσαι εμπορικές συμβάσεις, μισθώσεις, HoTs, ανανεώσεις, τροποποιήσεις και συμφωνίες λύσης.
- Παρέχεις καθοδήγηση στις επιχειρηματικές ομάδες κατά τις διαπραγματεύσεις με μισθωτές για ειδικούς όρους και προϋποθέσεις.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς μετόχους, ενοποιείς πληροφορίες και συντονίζεις έγγραφα για την υπογραφή συμβάσεων.
- Παρέχεις συμβουλές μετά την υπογραφή για βασικές συμβατικές υποχρεώσεις και διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τους συμφωνημένους όρους και ορόσημα.
- Παρακολουθείς τον κύκλο ζωής των συμβάσεων από την έναρξη έως την ολοκλήρωση και διασφαλίζεις τη ροή πληροφοριών.
- Παρακολουθείς σημαντικές νομοθετικές αλλαγές, συντάσσεις ενημερωτικά σημειώματα και ενημερώνεις τους εσωτερικούς ενδιαφερόμενους.
- Εποπτεύεις συνεργάτες και junior συνεργάτες στις καθημερινές εργασίες.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 10+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπορικό και ακίνητο δίκαιο, με έμφαση στις συμβάσεις εμπορικών ακινήτων.
- Σύνταξη, έλεγχος και διαπραγμάτευση συμβάσεων.
- Νομική συμβουλευτική και νομική έρευνα.
- Contract lifecycle management, συμμόρφωση με συμβατικές υποχρεώσεις και συντονισμός υπογραφής συμβάσεων.
- Παρακολούθηση νομοθεσίας.
- Άριστη Αγγλική γλώσσα και Microsoft Office.
- Νομική / Επιχειρηματικό Δίκαιο / Ακίνητη Περιουσία
